I have found two distinct responses to COVID from commercial occupiers.

Since COVID started, I have had a number of people talking about us all going back to the days of the 1970s and 80s, with cellularised offices and individual cubicles.
Jonathan did a report for me at the end of August 2024. I had a downstairs bathroom built but I was far from happy with the builders work. I invited Jonathan round to do a full report on the building as it stood at that time. I then applied to the small claims court to recoup £10k to correct the work I wasn't happy with and finish off my new bathroom. Today was the hearing at the small claims court. The hearing lasted almost two hours and at the end of the hearing the judge ruled in my favour. I was awarded £10k and the judge went on to say my win was all down to your report. She said it was well written, the content was perfect and the report made it very easy for her to rule in my favour. So a great big thank you Jonathan. Service: Expert Witness Reports
