Blue Crown works with solicitors as well as directly with claimants and defendants, in relation to construction disputes in both residential and commercial properties. 

Blue Crown provides unbiased and impartial Part 35 compliant Expert Witness Reports for court submissions, as part of both single and joint instructions.

With 20 years’ experience as a Chartered Building Surveyor, the reports are written on the basis of facts, using the Expert’s knowledge to provide opinions and conclusions from the evidence and when necessary, the Expert’s assumptions on the case.

Typically, the claims are for County Court submissions up to £10,000, but reports have been compiled for larger claims on a multitude of construction issues for submission to both Magistrates Courts and Crown Courts.

The reports are issued in a Part 35 compliant format, in line with the Civil Procedure rules. The report format is tailored to each individual case and is laid out in a concise and logical manner, to assist the Court in making a swift informed decision.
