As contract administrator we’re responsible for administering the terms of the building contract in a fair and impartial manner ensuring good administrative practices are followed throughout the contract.
Our in-depth knowledge of construction and all standard forms of building contract, combined with our professional and proactive approach, ensures the contractual relationship between the contractor and employer is as smooth as possible.

- Advising on procurement strategy
- Preparation of contract documents including drawings, schedules and specifications
- Chair project meetings
- On site monitoring of quality and progress of the work
- Provide instructions, including variations or change orders
- Verify any extensions of time made by the contractor
- Valuing the ongoing construction work and certifying payments
- Certifying the date of completion
- Settling the adjusted contract sum (final account)
- As part of our contract administrator role we can also act as the employer’s agent, carrying out all duties on behalf of the employer
