We break down the project into sections that are in a standard format meaning it can be easily interpreted and accurately priced by a contractor.

Depending on the size and complexity of the project we will either compile the specification and drawings ourselves or appoint experienced and qualified professionals to contribute to the documents.

The specification can be sent to different contractors to get comparative prices giving you comfort that they’re all pricing the same work and ensuring you’re getting value for money.

If required we can undertake the competitive tendering process on your behalf and provide you with a tender analysis with our recommendations.
