I then applied to the small claims court to recoup £10k to correct the work I wasn't happy with and finish off my new bathroom. Today was the hearing at the small claims court. The hearing lasted almost two hours and at the end of the hearing the judge ruled in my favour. I was awarded £10k and the judge went on to say my win was all down to your report.
